The legal betting age is currently 18. Under House Bill 904; passed in April 2026 after lawmakers overrode the governor’s veto; the minimum age rises to 21 effective July 13, 2026. Operators have until that date to remove access for bettors under 21. FanDuel, BetMGM, and Caesars already require users to be 21+.
